Regular classes: The Hague
The weekly PULLKA classes are based in The Hague, in the Westduinpark and Zuiderstrand. This nature reserve between Scheveningen and Kijkduin is a PULLKA paradise, with 245 hectares of beach and dunes. From here you can walk past Kijkduin towards the Zandmotor and on to the beaches of Ter Heijde and Monster.
The exact starting point of a class may vary based on time and weather. However there are some general starting points. The first is near the last stop of tram 12 (Markenseplein), the second is the field at the end of the Kwartellaan, and the third starting point is the field close to the corner of De Savorin Lohmanlaan and Laan van Poot.

Nature as the central force behind PULLKA
The best places for PULLKA in the rest of The Netherlands? The possibilities are endless. The beach, the forest, meadows and heaths are all excellent places for a workout. In these places the ballast for your sled is literally lying at your feet. Sand, dirt and wood all double as ballast. A second option is to use sandbags containing a specific amount of weight.
PULLKA does not have set routes. The weather, wind direction and tides create a natural playing field and will influence the class accordingly. PULLKA seeks to open your senses to your surroundings.
